- هناك احتمال ان يكون يتيم لاب وهو في سن الرابعة او السابعة كما يظهر في اجد المراجع لكننا سنعتبره مجهول الطفولة لان المعلومة غير مؤكده

Hamilton E. Smith (b. October 26, 1811, d. February 12, 1886)

Hamilton E. Smith (son of Elijah Smith and Anna Hoag Smith)1721, 1722, 1723, 1724 was born October 26, 1811 in Duanesburg- Wayne County, NY1725, and died February 12, 1886 in Fowlerville, NY1725. He married (1) Elizabeth Eggleston. He married (2) Sally or Sarah Roberts on Abt. 1835.

In 4/30/1937- Arthur Henderson (from a conversation with Helen Forncrooke) wrote:
"born in Wayne County, died in1886 at the age of 73. Early in life he was a principle in Mendon Academy, and married a Sally Roberts whose family came from Conn. This was helen Forncrook's great aunt. Sally died at the age of 26, and was the mother of two children, Viola and Arthur Smith."

1880 Census Table shows him at age 68- as Manufacturer and Farmer. Father from CT/mother from NY.

In 1855, H.E. Smith would be writing to ask when Phillip Garbutt could send a boat up on the canal to take a load of threshing machines to Buffalo. (Caledonia Advertiser pg.7 10/10/1940) Bills of lading of cargo sent up the Old Genesee Valley canal are in the Histoircal Society at Caledonia

Elijah Smith1698, 1699, 1700, 1701 was born October 15, 1786 in CT1702, 1703, 1704, 1705, 1706, and died WFT Est. 1815-18771707. He married Anna Hoag Smith on May 09, 18051708, 1709, 1710, 1711, daughter of Sarah Allen.
